That even good characters get boring quick when you put them in the same old situations

im not a fan of the ending. it takes the illusion of his immortality and makes it literal

KINO AS FUCK. HE PULLED THE GUN.THERE ARE NO RULES.

Art, the soundtrack, and the gore effects are kino, but everything else is pretty shit.

Hope the sequel improves things.

A funny, entertaining flick

The number of dumb decisions the leads make is too annoying and Artie is too fucking overpowered.

It's low budget, horror-shlock kino

Is there any other good recent slasher kino?

boring, there's only one good gore scene.

The locker room scene where he dressed as a woman creeped me out

I miss Drive-In theaters.

They could play this slop all night long and it would be OK.

I like my murder of women with a bit more rape if I'm honest. But some of the scenes got my motor running

>mfw seeing those legs on the main female in the diner

YWN dress up as a murderous clown to abduct and torture sexy drunk girls as some arbitrary angel of thot destroying death.

Why even fucking live man? I mean don't get me wrong, killing them is such a dammed waste, but it was hot as fuck.

My girlfriend made me watch this. She watches B-movies but I only like Kino.

This was my only real problem. The smoke and mirrors of his mortality made him exciting. He should have been human.

I'll take her off your hands you retard.

When he cut her vag in half...I hear ya, freak.

Entire scenes where the women look around nervously, afraid of him appearing, tense as fuck as he just dominates the scene without even being there was sexy as hell. I wish I could do that shit.

trash

Op, here. Just finished it, Yay! Ending sucked tho.

Loved Hell Fest.
Im still convinced I'm the only person that saw it, was an empty theater on opening night.
I really want classic-style, non-self parody slashers to make a comeback.

Was he an edgy gamer?

Saw Hell Fest and apart from the shitty dialogue and annoying characters, I totally liked it and completely agree with you. I want slashers and monster horror movies. Can't wait for this possession and exorcism trend to finally be over. Fuck James Wan.

I consider myself a big horror fan but I'll admit this side of horror is not really my thing or what I'm into it for.

This is of that whole Eli Roth-y splatter-trash and torture side of it. I can def recognize the, uh, 'masterpieces' among this stuff like Texas Chainsaw Massacre - that are stylistically perfect - and Terrifier is of course total, irreedeemable garbage, except it's so trollishly ludicrous it achieves a kind of black humor and is a worthy enough contrubution to this trash horror lineage. I also admire how horror continues to look really contemporary too, there's something about the way it relates itself to the world that it always keeps up with and represents the times, even just in its production techniques and characterizations.

Shit taste my friend
