Probably, yeah. It's not terrible, but it doesn't build on the first series at all imo, just stays incredibly safe and samey to continue riding the popularity wave of the first. Season 3 looks like it'll mix things up a bit though, so I guess Season 2 is a necessary evil. Your choice tho man

well i'm 15minutes into episode 1 and so far it doesn't feel nearly as good as season 1, but then again it's just 15 minutes

it killed pacing from previous episode there is no reason to watch it and the season is better without it

I wanted a new monster/bad guy in the 2nd season. Unfortunately we don't get it, and the show stagnates. Looks like S3 will be a major shakeup, but it looks like they are going into a mock-homage of the mid-80s, which feels like a CW show or something. The magic is gone.

Probably. The stuff to do with Eleven and Hopper is interesting. The rest is pretty bland and stupid.
