Kind of. I like Josh Brolin as young agent K, though the plot twist at the end is a bit questionable (it still work IMO). Pity they can't bring Brolin back for a prequel movie. I don't think I am seeing MIB International either without Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones.

Seed of Chucky is maybe the most disappointing slasher sequel ever.
It was right after Freddy Vs Jason, which was pretty good and showed how slasher characters could still work.
The ending scene from Bride Of Chucky set it up to be kino but they make Chucky's kid a tranny, even worse a british tranny. And the movie itself is a weird comedy. I've grown to appreciate it more but it was such a bummer.
People were fucking hyped and they fucked it up. Don Mancini redeemed himself a bit, but damn, what a misstep

They obligated them to bring Tommy Lee Jones back. There was a debate back and forth for a while if the sequel needed Tommy Lee Jones and eventually that meant the script needed to hinge on bringing K back. This steals a lot of the movie away from our actual main character J, who's whole focus is on K. The whole "light" thing is ambiguous af too, like it was a placeholder and never got filled in with a real macguffin. The director even mocks his own movie in the commentary saying if you know the plot of MIB2 send it to him.

The part when Spino is waiting the family to reunite while the phone is ringing is great. For what it's worth it's fight with the T-Rex is pretty good too and manage to establish it as the new main villain of the movie.

MiB3 was great but I hated the relation between K and kid J, that level of destiny wasn't needed, it cheapens the first one

I liked 2 more than 3. The only downside of 2 was the length, movie was way too short, compared to the first one. 3, I just don't know. Time margin between it and 2 was huge and the film itself was sort of childish. Especially compared to (again) the first one. Also that twist was unnecessary.
