I just got through the Kevin Finnerty episodes on rewatch 3 and they were much shorter and more straightforward than I remember. Maybe I was just a lot more easily impressed when I was younger but the whole sequence felt really simple and shallow? Dbh this whole rewatch has made the shortcomings of the show much more apparent and I no longer hold it in such high regard. Like, it's still my favorite show of all time but there are quite a few filler plotlines that go nowhere or are rehashes from previous seasons
