This.
First time a villain was actually unpredictable and merciless
Unironically. Despite having next to no overt character traits, I enjoyed the almost inhuman evil that these characters imbued. There's too much "Love to hate 'em!" qualities in popular cinema's villains these days, found these lads a welcome break from that.
This scene was one of the weaker points of the movie. It served no purpose but to say "omg look he's so evil :(" but sloppily robbing some random store for $50 was out of character for a high level gold thief.
Only if I don't get these dubs.
>tfw I can't make the LAN party this weekend
I took the scene to mean that they were both acquiring last few funds needed for the van as well as a means to test the gear out. But now that I think about it, that's retarded.
No, I'm Dunnhier.
Are you both retarded? It was to set up muscles and slim
But for what purpose? There were still witnesses alive at the bank following the heist. The cops would still be aware there's more than just 2 black thugs wrapped up in the heist.
I thought they were comicbook trash just there to make the movie more palatable to normalfags who love spics and niggers. No Country Old For Old Men didn't bait and switch like that.
You sound a lot like the edgy racist one who ends up caving to pressure and rightfully getting his faggot head blown off by Mel.
They were a pretty ruthless bunch, kind of like a force of nature up until the part Ridgeman was able to get the upper hand on them. Sure, Zahler made no attempt at humanizing Vogelmann or Henchman 1&2, but they were pretty effective in making every scene they were in so fucking tense cause you would just kinda anticipate them slaughtering everything in their path.
what movie?
Dragged Across Concrete
>r/tvpol thinks this shitty movie is good because it aligns with their views
lmao
>most of the acting felt really awkward and stiff, particularly the nignog deuteragonist, who felt like he was going for some sort of unironic wewuzkangs egyptian prince, Mel held it together best but even a lot of his dialogue feels terrible
>Carpenter is billed first on IMDB and has an awkward, long-winded scene that drags on and on, only to have her head turned into a meat paste 20 minutes later, which, in combination with her acting, made for the most unintentionally hilarious moment in the film
>tons of long winded dialogue that I'd guess is supposed to cause some sort of character investment but the characters are so shallow and the dialogue is so bad and terribly delivered that it just ends up being shit that makes the movie drag on way longer than it needs to
>the actual heist scene lasts maybe 5 minutes
>most interesting characters in the film are the edgy Smokin' Aces knockoffs who get maybe 10 minutes of screen time total
>last action scene is so Uwe Boll-tier goofy that when characters start dying left and right it feels like a fucking slapstick comedy
>film is being described as politically incorrect and "alt-right" for maybe 3 lines of hilariously awkward, forced dialogue
Wasn't that great desu, solid 5/10. Probably the best unintentional comedy I've seen in awhile. I guess I was expecting something more whimsical and actiony. If I had paid attention to who was actually directing I probably wouldn't have gotten my hopes up.
Holy shit you're underage.
/pol/ believes niggers are good guys and American police are evil? Did you even watch the movie, Discord tranny?
this
The violent scenes in every Zahler movie where he gets to use super over the top practical effects is fucking hilarious/wildly entertaining to me. I love it man, keep em coming I say.
i dont mind the over the top gore but does it have to look so shitty?
dubs and everyone in this thread will leave 4chin forever
you have never worn a balaclava, have you?
How do they see through those dark goggles?
