For the same reason that this user compares the Splinter Cell games, it had different developers and a relatively big theme and character change. But the absolute worst was the un-skippable cutscenes, which were NOT loading times. Which has been proven.

Payday 2 has john wick in it and a dlc weapon pack with all the guns he used in both movies. Also there's a heist that's literally the exact same night club as in the first movie. The devs did a collaboration at some point I think
