Why don't they make new episodes? I thought the show came back a few years ago.
Hey ain't you the two I caught hwhacking off in my shed?
It came back in 2010 and only ran for one season. It seems as though MTV quietly canceled it.
mtv has pretty much been a dead network for over a decade anyway
sneed
>It came back in 2010
What? It felt like just a couple of years to me really.
>tfw just re-watched Do America last night
It amazes me every time I watch it just how well it holds up.
Do I look like I know what a JPEG is?
Because modern audiences were too stupid to understand it. Think about how sad that is
Gen x is very problematic.
That and there basically wasn't any mudic videos to make fun of. They just watched Nu-MTV like jersey shore and that shit.
Uh huhuh
You're right in that they were necessary to make up the full half hour. But I always thought the music videos were the weakest parts of the episodes.
I have all the original series on DVD (the King Turd collection) and the episodes aside from the music videos are legitimately great and can stand up by themselves. It's a shame how the show is relatively forgotten.
As a fan of 80s and 90s rock music I don't agree the videos are the weakest part, but I agree that the episodes also hold up without them.
haha
