She already phoned it in for the last three Harry Potter books but everyone went along with it because either they were children or they simple had a lot of good will towards the series. She has failed to produce anything notable afterwards and that's even assuming that she wasn't actually involved with that weird stage play and only lent her name to it. The Fantastic Beast movies, while in my opinion not terrible, got mostly lukewarm reactions. It doesn't help that she's just not a very likeable person and living prove that, even if you do come from a normal background, being rich can give you major brain damage.

5 was still mostly good but the series peaked at 4 and that's where you could start to tell that it was going downhill. I was long, kinda meandering, started to put too much emphasis on shallow relationship stuff and had a lot of filler. 6 did very little but establish Horcruxes and kill off Dumbledore and 7 failed to bring the series to an enjoyable conclusion. Moving away from Hogwarts as the main setting that really work for the series, the Deathly Hallows felt like a werid, last minute inclusion and it all felt a bit rushed. Could have been worse but... again, the series peaked at Goblet of Fire.

Hermione is not black but Dumbledore is gay. If the movies had actually adapted the 7th book instead of just focusing on Harry dicking in the woods less people would question that. Well to be more accurrate he was not depicted as he would take any wand in the ass, just Grindewald´s. He was enthraled by Grindewald´s charisma and totally fascinated with him and the only reason he ended up on the side of the goodies and not in the side of the dark wizards was because they had a fight and ended up killing Dumbledore´s sister whom Dumbledore actually loved. So basically he felt guilty and dedicated his whole life to try to make things right unable to forgive both Grindewald and himself. (specially himself. It is kind of hinted that he could have forgiven Grindewald alone but never himself. That kind of irrational thinking is what you would call love).

The seventh book is about Harry discovering this and doubting his mentor (hence at the begining of the movie and book he is questioning for not knowing who Dumbledore even was). During his journey he is constantly thorn between trusting Dumbledore and keep destroying horrorcruxes or abandoning that and go in search for the deathly hallows.
Similarly the 6th book is about Voldemort´s past and how similar it is to Snape´s which is everything the movie left out. Honestly the last 3 movies are horseshit as adaptations.
