What are some of the most disturbing movies you’ve ever seen? I watched a shit load of bestgore when I was 12 and didn’t think a movie would scare me ever again but I have come across a few since then that were creepy enough to leave me with a dirty feeling after watching. Please try to give suggestions without giving spoilers.
Megan is missing: a girl gets kidnapped by someone she meets online claiming to be a kid her age. The story is her friend trying to find her.
Dead Girl: two goofball incels find a chained up zombie like humanoid being when they’re skipping school. (Pic related)
Human Centipede 2: I’m sure most have seen it but it’s fucked up dude.
Honorable mention; It Follows: wasn’t very scary but good plot and enjoyable movie.
Martyrs (French version) An occult group believes the secret to immortality comes from suffering, so they torture women horribly (as martyrs) to learn the secrets of immortality from them
Imprint this one's just torture porn from Takashi Miike
The Lovely Bones This is a disgusting movie. It's not even horror. It has no resolution, it pissed me off, and I'm angry at anyone who likes it. I recommend the above two, I don't recommend this.
Hereditary This not really because of the horror elements, but just because it does such a good job portraying grief. Not in a beautiful way like Meadowland, but just in an unbearable way.
I should try Dead Girl again. I watched half of it when I was a teenager (I think it was on Netflix instant believe it or not), but it was too distasteful for me, watching these kids just raping this woman they had tied up.
Colton Williams
I don't really find horror movies disturbing. I did find Don't Cry Mommy disturbing, because it's about the fucked up legal system in Korea where boys who are minors can't be convicted of serious crimes like rape and get away without punishment. Real life shit bothers me more than some exaggerated torture porn or monster movie.
A Serbian Film - a literal new born baby gets raped. A chained women gets beheaded while a man rapes her. Another scene involving the removal of an eye and a man fucking the eye socket.
Simply put, it's the most fucked up movie I've ever seen. It changed my psychology for the worst. Ever since watching, I refuse to watch anything disturbing.
Antichrist, it opens with a full penetration sex scene with willem dafoe. He also cums blood later on. I hear 120 days of Sodom is pretty bad but I've never seen it.
Audition >when the bag starts kicking >when the woman feeds her captive bag slave by vomiting into his mouth >when she saws off a leg with piano wire.
Brayden Adams
When you realise parents allow there children to be filmed like this for shekels
Aaron Davis
This probably isn't going to compare to most of the other examples, but there is a scene in Deepwater Horizon where a man gets horrifically sliced up by glass while showering.
John Scott
I think the movie is called "a farewell to uncle tom" I think its some 60s Italian film ive seen English dubbed...not sure if its still available on youtube. the movie is basically about slavery and racism in America doing those times... and that's not in all that disturbing...but its the black people they use in the movie...im like.... positive they went to some African village and offered them (something ) to do this...cause I mean... its literally like watching what slavery coulda been like with pretty much nothing held back...ive actually never been able to complete it cause its...its pretty fucked up in that context. its worth a watch for something different...but not exactly scary if that's what your looking for.
>I can't believe they let a babby cry for 60 seconds Shut the fuck up, boomer. The kid was fine.
Thomas Stewart
>Feed Me to Hell A normal guy pulls up in front of the only store in the middle of nowhere out in the country to rest, but is soon picked apart and mercilessly tortured by the two beings who live on the store's porch.
Ayden Morgan
>I can't believe they let a babby cry for 60 seconds
Yea im sure the got that in one take zoomer
John Smith
it's a gross out exploitation movie trying to be shocking.
you don't waste a fuckton of money on 10 black people to then just abuse them so they can't work properly, it's like buying a car and crashing it non stop.
>The Girl Next Door(2007) Some crazy mother and her sons kidnap a girl to rape and torture her in their basement or some shit like that. Its been a while since I saw it but there was a blowtorch scene that was pretty disturbing. Doubt it'd have the effect any more though.
Wasn't it the Daisy Diamond movie that had a scene where Noomi Rapace full-out screamed into the face of a baby?
Jose Campbell
There is literally no part of that doc that could possibly be dishonest in any stretch of the word. It's impossible.Take your (you) and your dragon dildo and fuck off outta here
Nathan Howard
JFK disturbed me more that greedy businessmen and warmongers allowed tens of thousands of people to die so they could make billions of dollars
Daniel Price
This one is pretty grim because it is pretty true to an actual event that happened.
Austin Richardson
>it's like buying a car and crashing it non stop. You mean the thing richfags all the fucking time because they get carried away when showing their property off? You sure convinced me there.
Joseph Howard
The Grey Zone (2001), its holocaust genre so kinda played out but the dialogue, pacing horrified me
Ayden King
The haitian government collaborated with the filmmakers, giving them literally thousands of extras because they wanted to help create the most brutal and most nonwhitewashed slave movie
Austin Ward
yeah people bought expensive slaves for the purpose of being unpaid workforce so they could then immediatly made them diseased, starved, dead, armless and legless
Rich people are known to blow up an entire garage of cars, that's how you get rich.
Tyler Fisher
People don't buy cars to crash them, but people crash them all the time. Slavers didn't buy slaves explicitly to fuck them up, but they ended up losing their cool and doing it or taking out their frustrations at them the same way a carfag takes acts out his frustrations by driving faster. It's not hard to get.
Kayden Phillips
It was so over the top that I honestly just found it funny
Logan Butler
Eden Lake and Green Room left me with a horrible feeling in my stomach. Not many good movies that I never want to see again.
Camden Morris
Yeah, me too. It was like a South Park episode.
Connor Taylor
Didn't even know that until I looked up the movie again just now. Turns out its on youtube. I wonder how old the actress was in it. Seems like she sort of got stripped with her tits out, but I guess she could have still used pasties. Sketchy as fuck nonetheless with the kids being in the same room and "interrogating" her. Smells like some hollywood pedo shit desu.
Easton Martinez
even nazis in their peak extermination drive couldnt handle face to face cruelty like executions. The movie is flat out cruelty porn for assholes pretending they're not participating in that exploittion titilation
even the most racist slaveowner was still a patronizing POS who had his favorite "mammy" or the kids' babysitter etc
Asher Richardson
At least the Korean girl didn't get Junko Furuta's fate.
Daniel Gonzalez
Some segments in V/H/S really creeped me out. Specifically the one that's framed as a Honeymoon video.
The Blackcoat's Daughter does a great job of unnerving you the whole way through. Not sure I'd call it disturbing per se but it really made me feel uncomfortable.
Hell House LLC has a lot of buildup and the few scenes of payoff are really good. Ending is kind of shit though.
The Dirties is probably one of the more disturbing movies I've seen but only if you don't know it's going to be disturbing. It does a great job of playing with your expectations, especially if you're aware enough to be familiar with genre conventions. youtube.com/watch?v=3oxH34hV6I8
On a related note; it didn't do much for me personally but Funny Games apparently disturbed a lot of people.
Isaac Wood
Green Room is very retarded and not impactful at all.
Daniel Torres
Is this you? Edgelord trash
Angel Perry
>even nazis Nazis didn't have hundreds of years of dehumanization working for them, though. You'd be surprised how much easier that makes things.
Benjamin White
love that movie, own it on dvd :^)
Owen Harris
>literally blind to hundreads of years of anti jew sentiment i guess jews dont scare you as much as black people do to have those feelings
Cooper Allen
it's nothing over the top like most of the horror films mentioned in this thread but it's about sexual abuse in an otherwise normal seeming family. stuff like that really gets under my skin even though i've never had any experience with it myself.
Eichmann's whole deal nowadays was about how they literally had to build a impersonal systematic murder bureaucracy because soldiers werent being able to handle mass executions
Chase Ward
Von Trier used porn actors for the more graphic sex parts I think.
A non-horror example would probably be threads, especially its ending, but that is a more depressing film than disturbing/scary. I saw men behind the sun in cantonese rather than the shitty English dub, it genuinely made me uncomfortable. especially the cat bit.
Alexander Bennett
I always saw this as more of a black comedy too than disturbing.
Luke Garcia
no mention of Guinea Pig movies?
Aiden Thomas
The final shot of The Favourite doesn’t show anything explicitly disturbing but it deeply unnerved me more than any other movie scene I can think of
Samuel Davis
They could handle it well enough to shoot literally millions of people
Austin Reyes
You kind of left out the fact that their god damn baby falls out a window while they’re busy fucking
Mason Smith
Charlie Sheen thought the flower of flesh and blood one was real. That segment had great effects work for its time.
Zachary Mitchell
>shoot literally millions of people goddamn dude, just read on the genocide for one bit what the fuck
it's literally why they built gas chambers holy shit
Jayden Powell
If you want maximum efficiency, the fact that *some* people find mass executions difficult will slow you down. But that doesn't change the fact that countless others had no problems with them, or took to them with relish. You don't shoot millions of people in a short amount of time by sitting around wringing your hands. In other words, your whole "people just aren't that cruel" argument is bs.
i never said people arent cruel, but they dont shoot millions and then just live peacefully among the blood and bodies
same as slave masters wouldnt be cutting off their working property's hands and legs like in this exploitation movie by a 60s pervert italian filmmaker
Adrian Brown
>it's literally why they built gas chambers holy shit lel
Kevin Gonzalez
>literally
Luke Evans
Cringe brainlets
Carter Mitchell
This is the last thing that disturbed me, and it isn't horror at all. Also Daniel & Ana.
Yeah I remember seeing it on YouTube. Something tells me it's not likely to still be there, though of it's been removed it's probably from the nudity and racial content rather than the violence and disturbing material.
Jacob Cruz
Based on a true story. The woman who did it wasn't killed though.
Daniel Rivera
Men behind the sun philosophy of a knife guinea pig series August Underground Sick: The Life & Death of Bob Flanagan, Supermasochist Pink Flamingos Slaughtered Vomit Dolls Nekromantik
Brody Peterson
Jews in Germany were very assimilated.
Aiden Peterson
i watched "monster" when i was tripping on shrooms and it fucked me up. Really flipped my brain around when it was cutting between her delusions and reality. I've been too afraid to watch it again since then
Jace Allen
trying to pretend black people were more dehumanized and treated worse in the US than jews were in Germany is such a scared-of-black-people cuckold worship take I cant even wrap my brain around it
This Italian silent film where the whole plot of the movies a guy fucking a corpse as he dissects it
Landon Thomas
Nice trademark opinion nerd
Ryan Smith
That made me slightly aroused not gonna lie. Downloading right now, let's see if I eat my words.
Kayden Stewart
>Hereditary All above opinions discarded.
Brody Johnson
After seeing real gore and real torture on Yea Forums, the shit in movies doesnt even disturb me in the least.
Jace Gonzalez
You're a huge pussy
Andrew Phillips
Only a s°yboy would make an image like that
Carter Jenkins
It's okay. The real cutie is the younger sister. Most of the worst stuff happens in the last 15 minutes though, it's mainly about the boy who feels bad and how he approaches the situation
Hudson Walker
The blowtorch scene is disturbing, but I got a huge boner from the scene right before where the girl is raped from behind by the 15-year-old son while bound and gagged. (I was identifying with the girl tho...)
Is that the film about the party clown that turns criminal? I remember trying to watch it when I was young and stopped because I just couldn't do it. I can't even remember if I've seen the whole movie or not anymore. Even back then I loved gory horror films, but I couldn't do that movie.
Julian Nelson
This is the only truly disturbing film I can recall seeing. It's a full length documentary of some professor of psychology interviewing violent sex child offenders as they describe their mindset and the tactics which they used to commit their crimes. youtu.be/0sEqWlJbEX4 youtu.be/dwGVuZ54Eyg 7 minutes into part 2 there's a bit where some molester guy goes into great detail about how he tortured and raped his 9 year old stepson for months.
Caught it years ago during the middle of the day. The film is about a very good heart of gold scientist who gets utterly fucked over by the end of the movie. The real disturbing part is For most of the film we see the man with the head of a fly, then at the end we see the fly with the head of a man. He is literally screaming for his two friends to save him but they have no idea he is caught in a web about to get devoured by a fucking spider.
It's slow and boring at parts, but give it a try if you want to get unnerved.
Kayden Nelson
>When your bait is so shit only you, and you alone repost it. OOOOOF
those grandparents were some of the most cuckolded people to ever live. I watched this whole gay film and felt nothing except for hatred for those people.
Ryan Martin
>111801083 I didnt make it to get reposted also please have sex
Joshua Hill
bastard out of carolina(child rape scenes) death wish 2(maid gang rape and daughter rape) lesson of the evil(school shooting) rampage(mass shooting) heli(guy gets dick lit on fire while tied to the ceiling by his hands(
To be honest, the premise of this is more disturbing than what it delivers.
When you think that everyone killing themselves is just doing it as a trend or fad then it's much more disturbing and mind-fucking. When it turns out that it was a kind of hypnosis then you lose a lot of the impact of it. That said, the school girl on the roof that dares all her friend to kill themselves isn't the hypnosis and really is them doing it to be trendy, which does deliver a bit of the mindfuck the premise suggests.
Not disturbing, but Kill List has an amazing "something's majorly off and fucked but I don't quite know what" atmosphere until the end/resolution.
Ryan Rivera
The Loved Ones Martyrs Irreversible Terrifier (a bit disturbing, but more fun) Pink Flamingos (Wow, not a horror movie!) Inside (the french one) Creep (2014) Mother!,
Jonathan Phillips
>that scene when she is "raped" and distort what is fiction, what is reality on the movie and in a meta sense. Like double meta.
How does it feel to be on the pleb side of the filter lmao
Evan Roberts
>Megan is Missing that film is complete trash. First horror film I actually didn't bother finishing. First point that was fucknig weird was when the two girls are just talking online and then suddenly one of them goes into a non-sequiteir 5 minute rant about how she sucked off her camp counsellor. I checked out of the film during the finale when main girl gets captured - I skimmed ahead and there was no "film" there, just a 15-20 minute rape and snuff-film imitation. Absolute shit and I'm 100% certain the director is some fucked up creep rapist.
Jack Cook
So... If thr takes revenge nothing will happen to her?
Asher Barnes
Yikes, imagine being this much of a normie
Parker James
What was the Korean movie about the orphanage where children were getting raped and they had video proof but they weren't prosecuted?
Jayden Lewis
>>Human Centipede 2: I’m sure most have seen it but it’s fucked up dude. I can get watching the first one as a gag, but did you really waste the time to watch #2?
Jordan Ward
There’s a Chinese film called ‘angels wear white’ with a similar premise that is really good
Jeremiah Martinez
Never seen this but always see it show up on disturbing movie lists. What is the twist?
Oh, and to actually answer: Heavenly Creatures. Gore isn't really that disturbing, because you know what you're getting into. Heavenly Creatures is based on a true story, too. If you can handle the cutesy stuff for the first chunk of the film, I would recommend it. Don't look up the plot if you don't already know it though.
Grayson Cook
Everyone involved in the real life event is dead now except for the mother's daughter. She was released from prison and changed her name to Paula Pace. Got a job at a school as a teacher's aid. Then she was fired when the school found out about her history. abcnews.go.com/US/iowa-teachers-aide-fired-role-grisly-1965-killing/story?id=17555655
>Man goes out with a crazy woman >She kills him >As she's going through jail she finds out she's pregnant with her child >The man's parent's try and obtain the child >The government are massive dicks about, as they constantly dick the grandparents about >The woman goes to jail >The grandparents get the child >They live happily
>The woman gets out early, as she's seen as a non-threat to society >The mother eventually sues to join-custody >Kills herself and the child in a murder-suicide
Luis Bennett
Reminds me of that scene with the toddler in Murder-Set-Pieces.
One of the few effective bits in what was otherwise one one of the most tryhard films ever.
Brody Edwards
>The Lovely Bones Isn't that the one with sersh being the ghost of a raped girl?
Jordan Jones
Aftermath?
I think that was Spanish.
Parker Flores
I thought it was kind of darkly funny at times. It's so over the top depressing it's amusing.
Angel Price
Those are good movies, but I can't feel anything about it. Specially Eden Lake, I'll never understand why people elevate it so much.
Dominic Butler
user, don't.
Chase Cox
Wtf. That webm is quite on topic.
Lucas White
Fuck Canada
Jeremiah Brown
You have no idea how "new" movies from before the 60s are for most of the posters here.
Hudson Perry
same brother. i haven't watched another movie that made me feel so bleak
Dylan Edwards
>ywn hang out with your hs friends and qt girls over a warm summer night in a small midwestern town
Watch "Hope", if you want to cry and be in furiated by korean social system
its about a 7yo girl who gets raped by a drunk guy and how the family deals with it after, and the court process He is found not guilty since he says he was drunk and doesnt remember it
this is the most depressing movie i know
Connor Butler
yo is that a jerma nine hundred eighty five reference?
Justin Russell

Samuel Anderson

Xavier Lewis
I had no idea such soft cunts dwelled on Yea Forums
Camden Rogers
I've only seen the original, is the Cronenberg version worth watching or is it just muh body horror
Levi Nguyen
>There is literally no part of that doc that could possibly be dishonest You Serious? The fact it's made by his life long best friend makes it biased as hell. There's likely more to the story as to why she killed him.
Parent allows their kids to be filmed doing a lot worse than just crying user. It's a nightmare world out there.
Jaxon Perry
de Sade knew what was up with reality. The bad guys almost always win, there are no consequences for them, and no happy endings for their victims.
Lincoln Carter
>piano wire It's actually a modern surgical saw used for amputations. She was prepared.
Brody King
Regulations for dealing with young kids like that on a set are very strict. That probably WAS a one take kind of deal.
Carson Edwards
>The undead sex object was confusing and left me with questions. I'm thinking that reviewer experiences a lot in life. Allowing retards access to the internet was a mistake; this place being prime example.
Chase Ortiz
Yo Korea has the shittiest Justice System. Look up the Seungri Burning Sun controversy.
Rape, drugging girls, prostitution, tax evasion, pornography, police brutality, mafia connections, etc all rolled into one
And only one person jailed for it so far, and it's not even the main suspects.
Ian Taylor
Imagine being this much of a roastie sympathizer
Isaac Jones
Pisses me off honestly that the twins got so incredibly toned down. That scene of them fucking the hookers then asking them the next morning which of them was better, with one getting furious & snatching the bitch completely bald was kino. As was their torture of Miumiu.
Charles Peterson
Slaves were a substantial investment. Like this user said were punished, treated like shit most of the time, but they still needed to be able to work.
The south was not the belgian congo; now that shit was so fucked up and beyond the pale that every other colonial power made note of it.
Brandon Reed
The second one was so bad & over the top it was kino as fuck.
Aaron King
The Road was one of the bleakest I've seen.
Juan Price
shut the fuck up you stupid bitch. she killed him, she killed her baby. the faggot cuck leaf system let her do it. you're a cunt.
>shoot literally millions of people smdh you absolute mongoloid
Jayden Diaz
Actually made me lose a bit of respect for Miike that he didn't even attempt to film this particular scene, just cut it. The whole mental torture thing with how insecure she is about her tits was pure kino.
it's pretty heart wrenching, no doubt, but I didn't appreciate the manipulative editing. I get that the filmmaker went into this knowing exactly how he wanted to portray the story, but it's just flat out corny at times.
Benjamin Howard
Imagine actually spending time making that image
Lucas Sullivan
Those aren't even horror!
Michael Thomas
youre gonna mention that movie and not reference the labia self-mutilation scene?
Benjamin Gutierrez
Can't think of a film that legitimately disturbed me, but I've always had an irrational fear of break-ins, burglary, etc. and The Strangers had me spooked for a few weeks after my first viewing. Movies that try to stay within the realm of things that could really happen always spook me a lot more than supernatural shit though.
Lincoln Collins
I hate that the only sound in that scene on the cover is water trickling and his quiet gurgling sounds
Christian Roberts
that happens literally every day though, user-kun
Lucas Howard
They even censored the wikpedia it was so bad
Nathaniel Fisher
Yes, yes, lovely boners, love to bone her, some lovely bones for u, etc.
Blake Johnson
you know what scene I'm talking about. it was most disturbing thing I saw last year.
For real, fucking hell dude. I was not expecting Bo to cast himself and brutally anally rape a 14 year old, it didn't even make sense in the plot either. What a madman
Kevin Taylor
Spoiler text it for me
Jason Robinson
>The Lovely Bones >This is a disgusting movie. It's not even horror. It has no resolution, it pissed me off, and I'm angry at anyone who likes it. I recommend the above two, I don't recommend this. THE PEDO RAPIST DIES AT THE END BECAUSE OF AN ICICLE
I literally can't believe I watched that garbage all the way through.
Why would you make feeling like shit a holiday tradition?
Nicholas Miller
Explain
John James
Fucking use a spoiler tag newfag
Blake Jenkins
the most disturbing movie i ever saw was nobody knows it's not over the top gore and torture, it's just the casual abandonment of children told in a really low key way and it hit me harder than a thousand salos
Jayden Bell
Just watched it. Becoming crazy and losing one's sense of self must be one of the most dreadly things ever. Reality can already be frightening on its own, but a warped perception of it and of what you are must be terrifying. Just like her in the movie, just a dream with no continuity.
I don't remember the name, but it was a Japanese movie about a couple chained up and tortured in a basement. Got banned in several countries.
Jonathan Nelson
why? it's a trash film but the idea wasn't particularly bad, it's just guys banging each others mums
Eli Foster
I don't remember the name, I must have been around 12 or 13 and they were airing it on public TV in Spain. I think it was some balkan film. Anyway, in one scene a bunch of guys bump into this deaf mute girl, nail her to the table and rape her. The boyfriend then goes to thses guys and gets murdered. The boyfriend really liked his car so they bury the car with him inside, once the car is buried the camera inside shows that the deaf girl sneaked into it and just cuddles with the cadaver of her boyfriend. Anybody knows the name?
Christopher Carter
Eyes Wide Shut fucked me up real good
Landon Foster
Only good post ITT desu

The 99% of movies here are just edgy gory shit only teenagers are mesmerized by.
