Anyone remember pic related from 12 or so years ago? I remember it being pretty funny and I'm pretty sure the Quebecer coach is played as an alcoholic incompetent so that's a plus for me
The X-Files
Intelligence was created by Chris Haddock, same guy who did Da Vinci's Inquest and Da Vinci's City Hall. It got cancelled because someone high up in government didn't like how it portrayed chinese triad control of Vancouver and pressured the CBC. Shit move on their part
>Based KSIN
>introduced me to red green and red dwarf
>but they never had any schedule you could understand so you just had to randomly catch part of an episode
Not the Chinese, i'm remembering it wrong. It was some plotline on the show about a water deal with the Americans and how there was political corruption or something
Kenny vs. Spenny, Trailer Park Boys and Nirvanna the Band the Show are the holy trinity of Canadian TV comedy. I'll give Nathan For You an honourable mention because Nathan is Canadian even though the show is American because it's at least as funny as any of those three and might be even better.
This
If any of you like letterkenny, watch the youtube show 'just passing through.' It's east coast Canadian humor that's not dumbed down for normies or big media like letterkenny is.
This guy has a good list
>undergrads
Is pure kino
>Reviews on the Run, Electronic Playground
Chad Tommy Tallarico
Virgin Victor Lucas

>Nirvanna the Band the Show
Season 3 when?
I just realized she didn't voice Claire in remake lmao
>Nobody said Clone High yet
The feels, the feels...
yeah it is, also pretty much the entire Levy family is in the show too
I've enjoyed what I've seen of Kim's Convenience.
Trick question. There are no good Canadian TV shows.
>Murdoch Mysteries
Oh man were the first few seasons of that show good.
>first episode is faggot shit
nope
>tfw like a 10 minute walk from Red Greens house
Anyone remember this? It was a fucking great miniseries
The TV show fucking sucks in contrast to the movies, and the third one was a giant stinker.
Les Bougons was a better show from the same writers.
If you like weird absurd/surreal comedies, La Petite Vie is probably the best one of them all. It started as filler before the Montreal Canadiens games on Fridays and quickly became one of the most popular show in Quebec's (and probably Canada's) history.

There's no episodes subbed in english though. Perhaps on some torrent trackers, but no officials
Republic of Doyle was actually fairly great. Campy but comfy. reGenesis was also kino and had Ellen Page before she got infected by the lesbo retrovirus
The littlest hobo, kino of the highest order.
Remember, if the women don't find you handsome, they can at least find you handy
Due South

Kids in the Hall (even as a huge fan, I have to say it's hit and miss, though)
Red Green

Kenny vs Spenny (becomes formulaic after a while)

i still can't believe this used to air at only 9:30
from what i remember it got much worse when he woke up
It did, yes, but the finale has the twist of his dad showing up alive in the real world.
S2 was garbage, but I still wanted a concrete ending.
Air Disaster Kino: Mayday (aka literally Air Disaster in some countries.
>Made in Canada
Fuck yeah dude Burgers had this show, but they changed the title to The Industry.

canadians have a knack for making some the worst scifi series around
I had the misfortune of buying the entire series of this travesty on a dvd boxset for a dollar
youtube.com
it's so bad, it's like french canadians from a discount film school that shares a lease with a hair salon must have been responsible
pretty based. never caught enough of this to follow the plot, but the odd episode was entertaining enough.
I genuinelly do enjoy this art style. really primitive but they have enough style to make it work.
pretty sure most canadian dudes around my age have fapped to this
this show is dangerously nostalgiac for me.
based and redpilled
Fuck I forgot to mention Departures. That show is very relaxing and well made.
This was asked on a Friday on Yea Forums
season 3 was when the show became absolutely fucking kino
bugged me so much they made them elderly.
nissan altimas have the worst rear lights of all time
I was really surprised by how good this was. I vastly preferred it to shows like CSI, Bones, or Numbers, NCIS, or Hawaii 5-0
>entire thread is filled with great shows
Day of the grill when?
based, any Canadian who doesn't know this show should be gassed.
I've been watching a lot of 19-2 to work on my french. It's really good. If you are still in school please take french seriously. I work for a big company from Quebec in Ontario and the bilingual employees make great money and can move around the country. Take it from a boomer who wished they knew french.
thread song desu
My dad got me tickets to see a taping of red green. based, miss you dad

Degrassi unironically, somehow still leagues better than any other teen t.v. series. You don't have to like it, but at least recognize how much more real it is than anything else about high school
