The movie was kinda shit since it did so little with the premise. The main main character who is supposed to be a villain doesn't really do anything that villainous so you don't get much change out of him. Instead they just have him dance around as he and others say and act like he's so terrible, while never showing anything.
It's a severely underrated animation. Always makes me sad how it was overlooked in favor of the forgettable despicable me.
