I like Spike Lee, I like most of his films, I dont think he hates whitey like pol claims and I can sort of respect most of his politics because at least I think he's sincere, not like some other celebrities wanting to pat themselves in the back saying stuff about trans kids and hate and guns while living in mansions and attending crazy orgies

I've watched a few of his films and i never got the "he hates whites" vibe from them really. Granted its been years since I saw one, the one about the heatwave in brooklyn or something. The Italians in it seemed fairly well portrayed. And the 25th hour was almost an all white main cast and they seemed ok. I havent seen all his films so there might be some that show a differwnt side to him. I dont think he is that good of a director though
