Go to cinema to watch a movie

>go to cinema to watch a movie
>watch 25 minutes of ads instead
Why the fuck is this allowed? I pay my money to watch the movie I want, not to watch commercials.

Just listen to some music on your smartphone until it's over

>he turns up to the cinema at the time they advertise the movie starting
>complains about ads
This is a situation literally of your own making. The kinoplex near me tells you how long the adverts are gonna last for, and won’t let you in once the movie has started

Ads are the best part of the movie

Just show up at the time the movie starts, you don't need Maria Menounos that badly and trailers are part of the experience

The ads before the movie are very enjoyable though. I never watch trailers on YouTube so it's great to see them, especially because of the surround and bass power the cinema provides.

The trailers are honestly my favorite part of the theater experience

So enter the theater 20 minutes after the official time?

You sound like a massive faggot.

I go to an IMAX at a local science museum the few times I do go to a movie, but in the very rare cases I go to the LIEMAX nearby yeah there is like 25 minutes of fucking ads along with more ads while the lights are still on before the show.

oh yeah come suck my dick and find out big boy

this
i just play some spotify from my bluetooth speaker

Same. I never really catch movie trailers online so theaters are usually where I first hear of things. Like as popular as Blade Runner 2049 was, I first heard of it in theaters with a trailer.

For every advertisement I see before a movie I throw a handful of popcorn between the seats

Why do science museums always have the best IMAX? Every cinema I've gone to has fake IMAX, but every science museum has a huge real IMAX screen but the museums rarely show movies so you have to get your tickets will in advance.

If theres ads shouldnt movies be free?

I can asure you most brainlet casuals would even PAY to see the trailers and ads before

Trailers are one thing.

But fucking shampoo commercials?

We don't even get movie trailer anymore at the movies, it's just regular fucking commercials.

Wait, you’re actually right.

>It's a shitty, overly long and sappy car/bank/coke commercial
Also recently the most popular theater chain in my city started putting these fucking 10 minute animated ads that are basically long guilt trips telling people to spend time with loved ones by watching movies. It's like having the worst Pixar shorts ever before all movies.

>Look to see what's playing at the BFI IMAX

>Captain Marvel
>Dumbo

I wish I lived near a cinema like that.

Trailers arent bad, but half of it is just regular tv adverts
