No, that was all Universal Studios. IIRC, Universal has some kind of situation where they lost the Marvel rights in California, but they still have them in perpetuity at the Orlando location.

Fox News wasn't part of the deal. I don't think Fox Sports was either, since Disney already owns ESPN.

Fox News and ESPN are not part of the buyout.
They just became their own entities.
According to government laws, Disney is not allowed to own more news stations, since they already own ABC news.
