Looks like a .32 pistol made in Europe during the interwar period. They made all sorts of odd pistols back then. WWII G.I.s brought a lot back as souvenirs.

Could be some miscellaneous piece of shit from somewhere like Thailand or Eastern Europe. I can imagine the Indonesian army equipping their officers with this gun in the 1980s before having it retired a year later. 200 of them are sold on the black market and one eventually ends up in the hands of an American criminal.
