Episode 2 was boring as fuck and pretty much ruined this documentary for me.
Adnan is so obviously guilty. The episode was so weird. It's like they were trying to absolve him by trying to discredit Jay, the friend, but Adnan just comes out looking even more guilty by the end.
The Serial podcast on this was really good and pretty much told the whole story. This documentary wasn't necessary.

If he didn't kill her than who did? I don't get why Adnan isn't livid when Jay confessed to the police. It's not like Adnan denied being with Jay. Multiple witnesses said they were together. Who would be another suspect?

I would hope that Sarah Koenig would admit that talking to Adnan for many hours compromised her neutrality. But even in the final episode of Serial she plays that clip where her produce talks about how likely it is that Adnan did it.
