I have passed chicks on the *street* who would have made a better Captain Marvel, and as Larson’s portrayal of the character is just wooden, acting isn’t really much of a requirement.

The real problem with Marvel is that the character itself is uninspired and derivative - a problem with many of Marvel’s second-generation characters.
