I recommend using curves and adjusting each rgb value separately. View your image in grayscale and compare your values to the image you are matching. if you use Photoshop, you can use the match color option in adjustments and tweak from there

So I had some spare time and decided to slog through the novelization to see if there was anything interesting in there. It's not very good, but I took notes as I went of things that seemed like they might have come from an earlier draft of the script or may have been deleted scenes.

Dr. Ido went through a lot of pain losing his wife and daughter, and he recognised that being a hunter warrior was dirty work, but he still remained as good of a person as you can be in iron city.
He gave free repairs for other Hunter warriors, cheap repairs for iron city citizens, wanted to protect Alita at all costs.

Another small thing, another user pointed this out a few threads ago, was the berserker body retrieval scene. On my first couple viewings, even though I liked the scene, I was almost confused by the dramatic music that swung in. I thought it was supposed to be an uplifting scene, she found the body she was built for. For some reason, I didn't put the piece together that this was a bad thing for everyone else but her. It's established Tanji has something against her already, but now she's a part of the URM, the enemy warriors that have put Iron City in the position it's in right now. The scene spells a lot out for what's to come.

If this had done gangbusters at the boxoffince they might have just gone ahead and finalized the CGI on those scenes but I wouldn't expect it now.
