Believe it or not a couple of anons cracked this one some weeks ago - "Thudge Ochre" is actually a codename used by the clown prince of crime himself!
"Thudge" is a clever reference by Nolan to Thudge McGerk, a muppet whose main body color is purple and also has green hair, both much like the character of the Joker, and also a third eye, parallelling the Joker's chaotic nature.
Ochre on the other hand, is a clay pigment made up of aluminum, silica and iron, and if you add up those elements' atomic numbers (13, 14 and 26 respectively) you get 53, which is a great symbolism on Nolan's part because 53 represents the Joker because there is 52 cards in a standard deck, and the Joker card is a referece to the "Joker" character in the movie.
