I watched L'Atalante the other day at our local cinema, I went in mostly dark on the film and was expecting something much moodier but found it quite funny. Pic related in particular and his cats were endearing.

Anyone see anything that didn't meet their expectations in a good way?

There's a few here just purely on visual merit, but most I'd tag as arthouse.

...

Saw A Touch of Sin and was completely blown away. Takeshi Kitano is one of my favorite directors, so when I noticed that Office Kitano helped produce it, I was still surprised that it was on par with his best work. Which Zhangke should I watch next?

id like her to turn my bed into a farthouse with her smelly kosher braps

I know it's a lot to ask, but it'd be sweet if you could give out the names to those films. I recognize a lot, but I also don't recognize a lot and some of them look really cool

As arthouse beginner I watched the 3 colours and really enjoyed them. What other movies would you recommend after those?

Who's looking forward to Avengers: Endgame?

I am seeing it in a little art house theatre called the Alamo Drafthouse!

The Double Life of Veronique

the left side of OP chart is actually a really good one to work through if you're just starting out

Watched Zama recently and thought it was good not great. I think I hyped it up in my head too much beforehand, I typically don't do that, but I'd been putting it off for a while after receiving a couple of raving recommendations from friends
