The movie directly establishes that ido has no clue how to generate a plasma arc, and if ido doesn't know, then no one knows. Meaning she still has the berserker body in the last scene, just reconfigured for motorball. If there was an issue with her using the berserker body for motorball, she would not have been able to enter that skirmish at all.
