Angelina was great until around the time she retired from acting. She’s wonderful in Gia, Girl Interrupted, A Mighty Heart, and Changeling. She had an amazing presence as the lead in Tomb Raider. Mr. and Mrs. Smith is still good too.

The only acceptable english for this question is: "Are either of them good actors?" Also what do you mean by 'good'. What makes someone 'good at acting'?

The "It ain't gonna suck itself"
Pitt is a good actor in the right role with the right direction. He seems to be a method actor, in that on-screen he becomes the character very effectively. It's just that in the wrong roles, usually dramatic, serious, brooding roles, he's in the "uncanny valley" where a more restrained performance would be better.
