However the acting and writting of the show where subpar as fuck. I mean, the drama could have worked but it had to be smart to compensate for showing zombies once every 6 episodes due to budget issues.

I still remember the dissapointment when the drama was about a missing girl that was obviously dead (and even inside the barn all along) and Lori needing tampons. Seriously the pacing and conflicts where just horrid. I thought of picking it up again once they offed her but by that point the show was too far gone.
