I wanted it to be good so badly, but it wasn't user, the acting was wooden and I can only watch the main characters make so many stupid decisions before giving up on them. As an estate agent myself, it bothered me what a bad salesman Affleck was when trying to sell a house to that couple. The leaking faucet should had been fixed first. Wouldn't cost much.The lights were off when he showed them the kitchen. Lights help to make the rooms and house look more alive. Darkness give more negative vibes. He was dressed in civilian clothes, which gave him less of a professional look. Should have worn a proper suit. And he sounded bored when talking to them.
