>They actually fucking liked the Suspiria remake more than the original
Alright, that's it. These guys are clowns.
They actually fucking liked the Suspiria remake more than the original
I find that hard to believe. The fat guy, maybe, but Jay? Really?
I guess I can respect the remake for being a completely different movie in tone, but Suspiria without the striking visuals isn't Suspiria to me. The sets look drab and boring and nobody is ever gonna be able to convince me that that's somehow an improvement.
I didn't watch the entire RLM, but they make a point of talking about this for a few minutes near the beginning, and Jay thought it worked.
Jay can kiss my ass. What a dumbass.
It did work for the setting
I don't remember them saying that? Unless I missed something, they only mentioned the remake once and didn't talk about it at all.
Post WW2?
>hehe... yeah
>oh, absolutely!
>yup... hahaha!
they made a whole video about the remake, which is what the op is referring to.
He'd enjoy kissing your ass and more. Expect him.
You should probably watch part 2 of the review that came out yesterday and is twice as long as the review of the original
These guys are from American midwest. They cannot make certain connections unless they are extremely obvious. The atmosphere of the first movie has completely flown over their heads. They'd rather have the dance academy be placed right next to the fucking Berlin Wall.
They're extremely knowledgeable about US films but outside that don't put too much weight into their opinion.
I don't know who these guys are but the original suspiria was boring as fuck. The remake actually had things happening. I'm not even a soihorror poster btw.
I watched the original and it was really insultingly straightforward and stupid. What motivation did the character have of sticking around the school?
The remake is 1 hour and a half of dancing, you faggot
The original was shit. Only hipster pseuds talk it up.
>new thing bad, old thing good
t.megaboomer
The original is 100% overrated. Not even Dario Argentos best work.
Do you have any counter arguments or are you just going to make a hollow blanket statement without adding anything of substance?
Is the remake worth a watch? Im a fan of the original
This.
>a movie with dance as core theme gives a lot of time for dance scenes
THE AUDACITY
Well that's only because Dario Argento can't make an interesting movie to save his life.
The Suspiria remake was tailor made to tickle Jay's taint
Also Beardfat has literally never had an original opinion
then whats the remake lol
>really old thing good
>not so old thing not good
>new thing good
These are fucking clowns with shit taste
the og and the remake are pretty good. who cares what some youtubefags think is better
They don't think it's better, they like it more.
i dont care about that either
>Alright, that's it. These guys are clowns.
Took you this long, huh?
