I think we really haven't seen the extent of really powerful witches in this show. Rowena is powerful but even she failed to defeat the Maclaughlins in Regarding Dean, so there must be a lot of other powerful natural witches around. We are yet to have witches who summon fireballs and tornados are just straight up explode humans without needing the book of the damned. Don and Maggie Stark were pretty powerful too I hope we see them again

Has this general ever voted for a favorite episode? Trying to get a friend with high taste standards into the show, but I haven’t seen the show in awhile. Favorite episode for me is probably Mystery Spot, or some other Trickster episode. I really can’t remember, though, because it’s been awhile.

As kino as the trickster episodes are they are BAD episodes as a springboard. They don’t represent the tone of the entire series. They work if people already know of the standard dynamic. That’s why they’re memorable. On their own and without context, some of them look like dumb premises. Same shit for French Mistake.

Pilot episode had me hooked. It's pretty much perfect. It's a motw episode that still introduces the big bad and overarching plotlines. It's got good brother bantz. It's got them showing love and anger. Cheap motels. Trouble with the law. It's all the good of Supernatural rolled into one. It may not be the absolute best episode but damn if it isn't a good one.

well it sucks that the battle outside the house was not visible but the small skirmishes made up for it I guess, and the scene in the temple was prety good. The one and only. My SPN spin-off mutated so much that I've split it into its own thing. So far I've got enough material for a pseudo-found footage film and a miniseries set in the same universe. Might still do some work on the original idea but it's looking like its own thing now. Fergus Crowley is a plausible name, that work for you? Casting is a good joke given that the film which comes first has a cast of two or three max.

Boardroom decision. SPN stays on air but without Legacies the Vampire Lover demographic doesn't have a show. Someone's daddy will have been on the board and they pushed Legacies and that'd be the argument they used. Wayward Sisters isn't a sure thing in catching the TVD audience but Legacies will get them. The CW needs to get in on the streaming game is my takeaway.
