To the anons wondering about the iron city experience, if you have a chance I’d recommend you go. Even if you go alone, you get assigned to teams at random anyway.
All the actors are really nice. They do a really wonderful job at getting you hyped, they encourage you to do well and some hand out free hugs! Games are fun and challenging enough to keep you thrilled

An user had an idea of weaving the Berserker Zapan story into Motorball/Jashugan by having Nova behind Zapan stealing her berserk body and then having the giant Zapan kaiju battle interrupt the end of the championship match and ending it on Alita being thrown into the trash with her getting recruited by Nova into Tuned in a mid credit scene. Perhaps the reason why Alita appeals to me so is because she reminds me quite a lot of the two favorite characters of mine of any fiction, Big Boss and Solid Snake.
Alita is such a friendly sweetheart but she doesn't have a chance of happy normal life because of her extraordinary abilities in combat, and the fact that she enjoys fighting. Big Boss was consumed by war and in the end became a demon, who was free from battle only when he died.
Solid Snake, was made to fight in war, manipulated by Big Boss and trained from a very young age, and when he tried to get away from it all and settle in the middle of nowhere in Alaska away from everyone, they still came for him and dragged his ass back into battle, back into the mess created by Big Boss.
And way i see it, Alita will never have peace, because she either will be dragged into some mess to fight or she herself will cause one, just to get her fix of fighting, like Big Boss.

Just saw Alita for the 2nd time. The guy who rips your ticket was so hype when he saw I was seeing Alita. He told me he paid to see it 4 times and he catches it for free at the end of every work shift he just goes in and watches it again free.
Ended up talking with him for 45 minutes after he told me he will bring some merchandise to give me next weekend if I come by on Saturday. He also told me, unfortunately, that the movie might not be showing next weekend.
I also ended up talking to the police officer working at the theater. I want to transition to being a police officer from being an engineer, and asked a whole bunch of questions. The police officer watched Alita too and liked it. He told me I could request him for a ride along, was such a nice guy.
Damn what a good night, both times I've seen Alita have just been incredible nights. Everyone who loves the movie is so chill to talk to as well.
