The One True King
The One True King
Look at this dude
inb4 "aargh"
>le big bad guys are just an elf bioweapon that got out of control
That's kind of dissapointing.
Where did he get those big ass chains for the dragon?
come up with a better origin story
ridley scott's must be fuming
One where they dont use volcanic glass to create ice-empowered people which makes no fucking sense
Wildling camp that they used for mammoths/giants
Leftists love the whole "we created the evil thing by accident, everything is actually our fault, there is no such thing as inherent evil" angle. It's basically white guilt in a not-so-subtle allegorical narrative.
he cute and based
Seething conservative
Was just making an observation and trying to help a fellow user by shedding some light on why this particular plot device shows up so often. I wasn't even making a statement about how I felt about the matter, I was only stating a fact.
...
>The One True King
Excuse me?
>I was only stating a fact.
False
Except it wasn't our fault in this case. The CoTF created them as a weapon to defeat our analogs in the story, the First Men. We're the victims in this scenario and The Children are the ones to blame
Based.
Actually that's a fairly conservative view because they're against the idea of "playing God". Anything mortals attempt to make goes wrong as a lesson that God is the only creator.
>Still watching GoT.
Who cares anymore? The ice dragon is contrived. Stannis is dead. The night king had no personal motive. Sansa and Jon have nothing left to do. Dorne didn't mean anything. Tommen an hero'd. Dany is a full Mary Sue at this point with Daisy Ridley acting talent. Tits have been replaced with penis. Littlefinger got got. No more bad poussy.
It's fucking over bros.
I hate how they've set up that killing him will cause the entire undead army to collapse. Such a boring Hollywood way to deal with that sort of threat.
>discount Lich King
you'll watch it anyway just like 50 bazillion others worldwide
>tfw The Flood and Tyranids scare the shit out of me
Something about an extra-galactic, hiveminded, all consuming force tearing away my mind, stealing all my knowledge and absorbing me into its collective biomass just fills me with existential dread.
>yfw the Lich King is directly ripped off of the Night King
So who/what is R'hllor?
Would be cool if
the gods were lovecraftian entities and the lord of light ended the world by setting foot in it and burning everyone to ash. Wit a tweest
>some made for TV asshole isn't a rip off of a video game character established din the 90s
Do the books mention a night king? Been forever since I read them.
I think there's references to a "night's king" which is a kind of similar mythical character but there's no leader of the others ever shown
Maario naharis
he did nothing wrong
'tch nothin personal, baby
based
Based Fraser
>The Night King is literally a better dad than Craster, Tywin, Aerys, Robert, Stannis and Roose
Why is he the bad guy again?
literally the only interesting character left
i dont wanna sound like the usual contrarian and edgy Yea Forums sperg, but I uniornically ended up rooting for him in the last season
daeneris is 1 dimensional as fuck and jon is just the ultimate gary stue
>lovecraftian
>cool
I wish this meme to end
cheap arthas rip-off
He fucking paintbrushed that kid, pure kino
Hopefully they don't give him a voice, and instead try to focus on visual communication like it has been always.
