I'm mad at him holding that tiger by the scruff of the neck. I legitimately don't care who they killed in their war.

Kubrick's Napoleon

WW2
I'm pretty historically illiterate but what was the point of the war? Why did America care about Vietnamese politics enough to go to war there
World War One. The ultimate infantry war. Turned the destiny of Europe from future superpower superstate to puppet of one of its former colonies. Killed the hype that civilization enjoyed at the turn of the century. Warfare on an industrial scale unheard of. Motherfucking chemical warfare in Europe.
Vietnam? One of the most pointless wars ever. If anything, it's Vietnamese history kino, not fucking American war kino. Muh jungle warfare hurr.
Because muh communism.
de gaulle fucked us. He bluffed hard and eisenhower fell for it.
Spec Ops: The Line
meme war 2016
Red Scare. It was a pointless war to prevent communism. All we did was embolden the communists by helping the assholes and made the world in the process. Just like Operation Ajax.
Is it actually that good? I played up until the casino (?) part and it was pretty bog standard. Does it flesh out more or is it just gamer babbies having their minds blown that people have emotions?
The teutonic crusades
Now go watch Aleksandr Nevski you pleb
>The one that's from the Congo, not Rhodesia

It requires one to REALLY pay attention. There's a lot of little things here and there that show the degredation of the character psyche. It's hard to spot.
>spanish-american
Why?
Some battles in Cuba?
some ship, can't remember the name of it...
also some guy who became president
The ship that was sinked as a false flag and blamed the spanish? How is that kino?
how is that story not kino?
You honestly can’t.
What story?

I do not think it possible
Even the memorial is kino
Can't be Topped.
Napoleonic Wars
'Nam is the most kino war for sure. AN is probably the best war film of all time, and FMJ isn't far behind. Platoon is a joke--oscar bait of the 80s--such a pile of shit compared to AN and FMJ. There isn't a great film about later wars, although I'd love to see one.
Hurt Locker is a formulaic retread with awful, thin characters, for example.
It worked just fine. International jewry, not so much.
Hurt Locker
presidents wife had majority share in a company that built helicopters for the army. we went to war to built more helicopters for that company and make them a bunch of money
