Most Native Americans don't live in the inner cities, they tend to live mostly in middle America on reservations in the middle of nowhere like hillbillies. As such they don't really end up in Hollywood or NYC or places where film happens. The few Native Americans that do live in inner cities and might end up in these walks of life are almost always mixed race so it's more difficult to know that they're native american. Natives are also typically only cast in roles where they can portray native americans. so it's a pretty limited slice. I remember there used to be a popular native mixed actor "lou diamond phillips" who was popular as hell for a while in the early 90's.
