Gunn, the Russos and Favreau made the only good Marvel films. Everything else in the MCU is trying to copy their work.
They were both great but I liked 1 slightly better because it was somewhat more fresh and new. In hindsight though 2 had better visuals and a less generic 3rd act. The biggest problem with 1 is how bad and boring the fight scenes are, don't really fit with the tone of the rest of the film, and I don't even mind the villan

my big problem with 1 is the amount of really awkward dialog. It's mostly expository shit early in the movie during setup, but it's enough to really bother me. Also I found Nebula to be terrible in that movie. I don't know if she was trying to act robotic on purpose but whatever it was just came off as uncanny and out of place.
