None of them are 616, even Miles isn't from the ultimate universe if you want the movie to be canon to the comics (which is not). At most, Miles' earth is one very similar to 1610.

This movie is infinitely more interesting and fun when it was just Boomer Parker and Miles. The minute this bitch was introduced I lost all my interest and the movie went down to 6/10.
