>Introduction of Billy, meeting new family etc
>He gets chosen because it's Shazam's last option
>Doesn't know what to do because he's not into super heroes and asks his foster-brother for advice
>Montage of learning abilities/saving people
>Billy and foster-brother grow distant because Billy feels he is being taken advantage of for having the powers
>Villian tracks down Billy and wants to take Shazam's powers from him and they fight
>Billy runs away and gets his whole foster family taken hostage
>Fight is taken to a carnival and Billy has to fight the main villain and the 7 deadly sins
>To even out the stakes he shares Shazam's powers with his foster family and there's a great scene with Shazam Family
>Villian is defeated and everybody is happy
>End scene is superman showing up for lunch with Billy and his foster brother
>Post credit is the villian being coaxed by Black Adam

I think it'll do well.tl be honest, it's a fun movie at heart with no political bullshit. There are a lot of funny scenes that aren't in the trailers

Humor is good, if you found the trailers funny there are a lot of great bits that were left out of them.

Its kinda hard to ruin Shazam, even when they made him Freddy and tried to make it 'dark' it still was kinda fun...then again MiracleMan is basically edgyShazam and is also fucking great.

It's not bland at all, I'm just giving the bare-bones of the plot. There are many great scenes during the movie.

It's a good mix of action and comedy.

To answer your second question, I'm getting tired of capeshit, I think Avengers 4 will probably be the last movie I watch.

This is definitely my favorite DC movie though. (Excluding dark knight)

This movie's going to flop, which is a shame considering Cap Miscast's sucess & Amber Heard's actions it's guaranteed we'll never get a hot female character ever again in this genre (Miss Marvel had potential).

Honest question, if you are not being paid why would you voluntarily waste your valuable free time going out of your way to do something you have no interest in or even hate looking at for that matter?

Honestly not a lot, there's the moment where he does the floss dance and that's pretty much it (thankfully)

Not too long, but a majority of the movie is focused on Billy being Shazam, there isn't much time of him being a kid.

As for Shazam family it's a decent sized fight scene where they are all working together.

1. Action is good, the CGI isn't terrible
2. Yes, pp was hard
3. I think the movie does has interest in connecting him with other DC heroes because of how many times they are referred to in the movie. The cameo is super short
4. It is more like IM1 + Ant-Man

I don't think it'll flop, it'll probably have a weak opening but huge success in the long run
