There aren't enough data to confidently say that, but looking at Micromedex's page for it, it definitely has toxicities. Maybe it's not as bad as the other chemotherapies.
I've looked at the cancer studies of it and can tell you it definitely caused some toxicities in some patients. But again those studies are too small and not controlled to conclude how toxic it is.
