Shaggy and Velma were perfectly cast, while Fred and Daphne were decent they definitely could have found better.

Velma is hotter in the movie, but that isn't true to the original at all. Only someone with a serious attainability complex would choose the chubby, frumpy nerd over the tall, thin, smoking hot redhead with beautiful purple eyes and amazing fashion sense.
