Star Trek TOS Season Three 50 Year Anniversary Celebration
This is it for the TOS season three 50 year anniversary celebrations. Only one more episode to go (Turnabout Intruder) which didn't air until June 3rd. I'll have a final TOS season three 50 year anniversary thread up on June 3rd, but for now, this is the final one. Use this thread to reminiscence the best Trek show, TOS, and the best season of TOS (season 3).

Why did the TOS writers like Shakespeare so much?

hated this episode on first viewing because of Spock ditching Kirk but it's grown on me
No Sulu, Uhura or Chekov in this episode. Scotty doesn't make an appearance but James Doohan provided a few voice over lines on the communicator. No scenes on the Enterprise. Must've done wonders for the budget in this episode. They were going all out!!!

But then they'd only have Kirk, Uhura, Sulu and Chekov. No McCoy, Scotty or Spock. Wouldn't be the same without the complete cast
Too bad the actors playing Spock, Bones, and Scotty are all dead though. Which is kinda funny because on the show they are the only three characters to survive into the TNG era.

It's still "City on the Edge of Forever" but "Tomorrow is Yesterday" and "All Our Yesterdays" are ok too.
City on the Edge of Forever which is also the greatest episode in all of Trek
not related to the episode but I'm watching this right now cool documentary that is essentially shatner and nimoy having bants for an hour. It's so obvious they were best friends whenever you watch interviews with them, shame nimoy died when they were estranged
But they're cool
I like this episode , its one of my favorites. Mariette Hartly was easy on the eyes. Since this was , I think the last TOS episode filmed , I think it proves the show should have gotten a fourth season.

Going by stardate, All Our Yesterdays is the final TOS episode in chronological story order, but All Our Yesterdays was produced and aired on TV before Turnabout Intruder

Tunrabout Intruder is a pretty bad episode , also 'sexist' by today's zoomer standards. But it is funny to see shatner imitating a hysterical female. Its one of those episodes like spocks brain that can be watched to laugh at.
