How would you have done Arrow differently?

More sexual tension between Ollie and Thea
Every girl does at least 2 or 3 panty scenes each season
lesbians

Gross, approved, approved.

No LGBT
No Felicity

I totally agree with No Felicity. She ruined the show.

Justin Hartley as Arrowguy

arrow was created as a batman ripoff to make money... so.. it's never going to be more interesting than batman. CW figured they could mock up a batman style show, and they did.

I would have picked a different hero.

This was his Joker.

Would you let Black Siren suck you off?

i guess, if she really really wanted to

Siren just needs love and firm dickings from Oliver.

Don't do season 4. It was entirely composed of Felicity crying and her gay friends consoling her

Season 4 was the worst

By ignoring their dumblr fan-base entirely and focusing on the Queen family.

Season 4 gave us Damien Dhark.
No, it was the best. Although he was a million times better in Legends.

2 was the best

2 built on the backstory of season 1 in a really strong way.
Also 2 dumped all the shittiest plot elements/exposition on Laurels side-plot so it didn't feel so bad because it didn't taint much of the rest of the show.

I really wish that they'd been able to maintain the momentum with season 3 but they got so bogged down in the Assassins endless codes of honour.

How is this show still going? I thought they planned it to be a 5 season only show?

By cancelling it with an iron fist while it was still a pupa.

TV show X-men shit needs to cease.

>make a show about Batman
>call him Oliver Queen
How did they get away with it?

They're finishing it off next season with a 10 episode final season to clear everything up.

Weird how much I agree with this. Isn't there some other iteration now? I haven't watched since season 4.

>No homos
Literally when the show went downhill unironically.

Also:
>More superpowered villains (Batman fights supers all the time, Arrow was supposed to be the Batman of his universe)
>No more Olicity drama
>Bring it back to Just Arrow
>Stop holding content back for other shows (Fuck Batwoman)

Bring back Tommy.
Give Earth-1 Laurel a meta Canary Cry.
Write Felicity off.
Put Oliver and Laurel together.
Make Oliver less hardened.
Do Count Vertigo right.
Keep secret identities.
Give Oliver the goatee.

Season 1 - Oliver uses the list, Diggle and Felicity join the team. Island flashbacks. Merlyn as the villain, largely intact. Replace a few of the one-offs with an arc involving Adrian Chase's Father & Wildcat.

Season 2 - Oliver has reduced his murderous ways. Island flashbacks continue climaxing with Slade. Largely in tact. Replace a few one offs with a Laurel training arc, a Oliver learning business arc and scenes of Thea snorting coke and fucking men without a condom early in the season.

Season 3 - Oliver is full no kill. Ra's is never directly involved. Sarah never dies, but rejoins the league. Laurel goes with her to get stronger and they train together. The league decides to destroy Star City after Sara and Laurel tell Nyssa more about it and she tells Daddy. Replace the "I went to China" flashbacks with Argus sending men to the island to find out what went down during S2. Flashbacks are all stealth with Ollie avoiding capture and discovering an imprisoned Maseo in a separate holding area (make him Yao Fei's comrade), who trains him further. Half-way through the Season, Waller communicates to them and assists them in taking down a rogue element of Argus. In Star City as the league attacks, Helena resurfaces, along with Bronze Tiger, China White and Wildcat coming out of retirement to fight alongside Oliver, Roy, Diggle and Malcom. All of them resist the League using the same gureilla and stealth tactics Oliver learned on the island. Eventually, Sara gets through to Nyssa and things stop. Ra's appears on screen for the first time and brutally kills Sara in front of an absolutely scared and obedient Merlyn, an exhausted Oliver and a screaming Laurel. Season ends there. Subplots revolving around Oliver rejecting Felicity, recovering his business from Ray Palmer, butting heads with Ray, training Roy, going on Argus missions and having heart to hearts with Walter and Quentin, who figures out who he is, but it's never said.

introduce Arrowette

Season 4 - Ra's appears. Damien Darhk appears to kill his old enemy. The two's battleground is Star City. Laurel is now being trained by Wildcat, and in the mid-season finale plus her league training , truly becomes the Black Canary. China White is killed early in the season by Damian. Oliver becomes Mayor of Star City in the Chaos as Mayor after Mayor is controlled and assassinated by Ra's and Darhk. Thea makes her true return as a top level fighter trained by Merlyn. Both defect to Darhk. It's a three way battle of these forces. Roy vs Thea is a constant theme. Helena dies in one of the later episodes after redemption. Curtis and Rene are introduced as Oliver's tech guy and bodyguard in his role as Mayor. Waller outs Oliver as the Green Arrow during an announcement to evacuate the city. He embraces it. Sara is lazarus'd and fights on Ra's side. Flashbacks feature Oliver being tasked with tracking down a stolen magical item from the island. It's in Russia. Similar story to the show as is there, but with less edge and more intricate plotting. Climax is a three way battle with Oliver's side, Ra's and Damien. The difference is in their leadership styles, and Oliver comes out on top, imprisoning both in a secure Argus prison. Thea disappears with Malcom, and in a twist, Roy goes with her, love-struck. Felicity moves away with Ray. Laurel and Oliver restart a budding romance. Rene and Curtis are foreshadowed to join the team.

For one hire a lead that can actually act.

Season 5 - Fallout from the last season. A no -retarded FBI Agent is investigating events on behalf of Congress. Oliver is insanely popular as a Mayor in Star City due to being outed and saving the city yet again. Government and Police fucking hate him. He begins training Rene and a much less gay and annoying Curtis alongside Diggle. A new version of Drake's character is the only sympathetic detective other than Lance. Sara is gone with the legends already. This season's plot is about tying up loose ends and Oliver finding his place in the world. Malcom recruits Slade in order to end Oliver and destroy his legacy. They recruit a load of the arc and one off villains as well. Malcom lazarus'd Tommy and we get some drama. The season is constant drama filled clashes capitalizing on the shows history. Oliver comes close to impeachment but Felicity and Ray return to save his ass. Roy defects back to Ollie, now a drug addict. He has difficulty leading the team, his company and being Mayor. He slowly transfers Team Leadership to Diggle, who's Military style suits their expanding ranks. Laurel becomes DA, and is publicly outed by an intrepid reporter. Climax is Oliver fighting Slade and Malcom at the same time, demonstrating how much he's grown physically and mentally. The fight is watched on live TV by everyone in the arrowverse. Flashbacks are his journey back to the island from Russia, with numerous stops in between mirroring his current struggles. Season ends with him and Laurel retired from regular crimefighting. Oliver is incredibly respected and serves as Star City's billionaire Mayor, funding the new Team Arrow, who are given a wide breadth by the police and laws Ollie gets passed.

This ends his five years in hell.

Earth 2 Laurel showed up on The Flash just after Earth 1 Laurel died, she's a bad guy called Black Siren and was sent to E1 by Zoom to kill Team Flash(he sent a lot of bad guys).
She got beaten and locked up in the Flash private prison.
Later on Prometheus let her out and tried to get her to kill Team Arrow a few times(firstly by pretending to be E1 Laurel and then later as herself).
She eventually escaped and teamed up with Ben from LOST and when his plans went tits up she "escaped" from an underground prison and pretended to be E1 Laurel whose death had been faked and had been kidnapped and trapped for two years underground.
She reconnected with "her" father to some extent and he started her on a slightly better path.

Now she's the DA and is slowly turning into a better person.

It was a clusterfuck I admit but they've mostly course-corrected her.

Then, Oliver is free to do guest spots on other shows every now and then. As well as a special event TV-movie every year or so.

> Climax is Oliver fighting Slade and Malcom at the same time, demonstrating how much he's grown physically and mentally. The fight is watched on live TV by everyone in the arrowverse.

I'm a sucker for shit like this. Absolutely BASED

Wow. Just...wow. I appreciate you laying it out like that, but good goddamn that is convuluted. This has seriously turned into Days of Our Lives: DC edition.

It's such bullshit. He's leaving out that they introduced "Dinah Drake" who also has the Canary cry too.

Damn. Show could have been kino
