Even the subpar Bonds have some kino in them. A View to a Kill has Christopher Walken as the single most deranged Bond villain, Golden Gun has Scaramanga who is pretty much an evil Bond, Moonraker has the amazon boat chase, jaws and Hugo "ubermench" Drax. Even if the movie isnt the best you always have the villain to keep you entertained.

I'm a huge fan of Roger Moore but even I think that one is a dud. It looks pretty and has great music but the pacing is just fucked. It jumps from scene to scene without any semblance of narrative cohesion. It's basically a parody of The Spy Who Loved Me which was already silly to begin with. It used to be my favorite Bond movie, but it has fallen in my ranking quite a bit over the years. I can't deny it's comfy, has a great score and one of the best stables of Bond girls in the series. But I really have to be in the right mood for it otherwise it'll put me to sleep. Those underwater sequences are excessive I don't care how innovative they were, and the dubbing is shit

The only one i can agree is a bit too long is the final underwater battle. The sequences with Angelo Pallazzi and Largo throwing the grenades at Bond arent too long and Palazzi killing his crew and landing the plain underwater is kino every time.

The first one that comes to mind is when Bond is standing on a balcony looking at the parade, and his mouth movement clearly doesn't match his lines. I remember there being other times but I haven't seen Thunderball in about 2 years
