>For five years, these men have been suing Michael Jackson’s estate for hundreds of millions of dollars. This lawsuit has generated thousands of pages of court records: witness statements, motions, depositions and disclosure. These public documents PROVE beyond any reasonable doubt that the men are lying. The whole media knows about these documents, but is refusing to report on their contents. I’ve tried not to fill my Facebook feed with posts about this, but you are all being lied to from every direction. So this is my contribution to the debate on Facebook – a list of just some of the public record information the media is refusing to tell you.
>Both men strenuously defended Jackson, including under oath, for decades, and only decided they’d been molested years after his death, when they were both in financial trouble and filed a lawsuit seeking hundreds of millions of dollars. That lawsuit was thrown out of court – twice – but the men are in the middle of an appeal, giving them a gigantic financial motive to lie.

How does anyone believe the documentary at all? If you ever followed any of mj's other cases, he completely won them all and didn't lose on a single count. You guys are right that all we have is testimony and circumstantial evidence. That is, lots of stuff that, sure, individually isn't incriminating, but when taken together at as a whole, it paints a clear picture. Especially if you understand how most real life molesters operate. It is indeed very difficult to believe Michael is guilty when you imagine all pedos are crazed rapists, but they aren't necessarily. Jackson spent months to years on end with these kids, forming deep relationships. Both sides attest to this. Research by psychologists say that sadly most cases of long-term "friendly" abuse like this go unreported and the presence of physical evidence is naturally a lot less common than in hurried, less-consensual incidents, because it usually doesn't get found out until long after the fact. If Michael did do everything, we would probably have the same amount of circumstantial evidence. But for the people shouting "WHERE'S THE SEMEN?", plenty of semen WAS found all over his bedroom and office. At the bare minimum, this, couple with the porn, shows that he wasn't castrated and was a fully developed adult with a sex drive.
In my eyes, the innocent, child-at-heart defense only works if Jackson was truly castrated or asexual. And we can safely say that he was not.
