Sounds inter-
>Netflix
Oh.

Just let them die already.

I wish he would do a serious wwii movie or Bible kino. Instead of more teenage tier flicks

Repurposed sniff machine

>Zombie heist flick
I can't wait to see how he works biblical references and classical paintings into this so I can feel smart

he's doing this to be able to make the kino he wants next

bluepilled but I still kekd

is he totally out of the dceu?

>oh we're in the middle of an apocalypse? Let's do a heist
Snyders a retard

>you will never see bullet time jesus on the cross getting pierce by the Holy Lance of Longinus

BROOO ZOMBIES I'm so freakin' hyped! What would you do in the zombie apocalypse

Sounds 10 years too late.

>heist movie set in Las Vegas during a zombie apocalypse
But... what's valuable during a zombie apocalypse? Getting money will be pointless if the country is doomed.

We are in the ironic post ironic zombie fad era. If Watchmen was 10 year too early, this is right on time.

Yes. This premise sounds retarded.

Is this how we're gonna spin it? "ironic"? lol okay

Heist movie is just a structure. Sneaking into a base or lab to find a cure white trying to sneak passed zombies or the people living at that facility is the same thing structure-wise as any other heist movie.

The world isn't doomed. The synopsis said "quarantine zone". Which implys that there is still a working military/government.

Thank God his daughter won't have to watch it.

Anyone want to bet whether or not somewhere there's going to be a text saying it's dedicated to the daughter that offed herself?

Exactly. Inception is also a heist movie even though there's no robbing of cash involved

He's still producing dceu films.

>its a zombie apocalypse
>hey dudes lets go steal a bunch of now or soon to be worthless paper, metal, and rocks!

The fact that it takes place in Vegas is a giveaway that it's about money.

who gives a fuck about zack synder? he made one ok movie 15 years ago. get over it

Would Snyder would be able to pull off a Mad Max movie? If George Miller died or something. I wonder what’s going to happen to that series, seems stuck possibly forever like Friday the 13th

Now that I think of it, what economy would emerge from an apocalypse is a very interesting topic that post-apocalypse movies and TV shows never explore. Money and gold wouldn't be worth anything, a complex barter system would take off to replace ours, certain widely available commodities with universal use-value would become the medium of exchange, a whole new class of people trying to either circulate these goods and/or play this market would emerge. It could be interesting to watch it unfold.

I would accept that if it's a heist during the start of the zombie epidemic happening at that exact moment in Las Vegas. If it's after a while would be retarded.

>zombie heist flick

Go to one of the most flashy cities in the world, change everything to 50 shades of same dark color in post

>casino filled to fucking shit with fat old boomer zombies who were locked in like cattle when the attack hit
>heist consists of sneaking in for some sort of zombrex-esque cure or some other obscure, arbitrarily valuable item
>on their way out with the loot in tow, they pass shitloads of money, an obscene amount, enough to make them rich for the rest of their normal lives, just scattered about in a room carelessly and easily able to be taken
>they shrug, as it's useless now in the apocalypse, and make their way out

This is literally the only movie that could have a set-up to a joke like this happen, and this little weasel better do it.

>Heist group running away from zombies
>Viva las Vegas by Elvis starts playing

I'm really fucking tired of zombos but there is never enough heist movies. Three frontier was damn good.

>So hyped

Sounds like a interesting movie to watch
>Netflix
Nevermind.

>wwii movie or Bible
>not teenage flicks

Thats litterly the plot of cockney's vs zombies fudge off with your unoriginal bull plop

Also everyone should watch Cockneys vs Zombies it's pretty great

This will happen since "viva" equals "long live" and they arew the army of the dead.

>as the plot is reportedly about a group of mercenaries trying to pull off "the greatest heist ever attempted" within the quarantined zone of a post-zombie apocalypse world.

It's not a zombie apocalypse, the zombies have been "defeated"

Sounds like Dead Money.

Maybe Snyder will finally cure Netflix of its curse of all their movies looking like they were shot for TV.

Gibson & Snyder teamup kino when?

He will. If he can do this with cellphones i'm sure he can do a lot with 90 millions
youtube.com/watch?v=eta6duszRLc

main character? Stephen Paddock

because Snyder is a manchild director, he's always just made teenage dudebro/nerd core.

Ah yes, time for the 13 year olds of Yea Forums to get excited over another Hack Snyder flick

But Snyder has already made one of the best '...of the Dead' movies, written by James Gunn too.

Attached: Dawn of the Dead.jpg (1280x1920, 571K)

Anyone else wish Zack had done a super-faithful adaptation of Frank Miller's DKR with Jon Hamm as Batman and Willem Dafoe as the Joker

No, fancastings are retarded and belong to Yea Forums where manchildren can dream about crossovers between Legion of superheroes and Sonic and friends. Fuck off.

They produce more kino than anyone else right now.

It's a zoomer, he doesn't know what he is saying

>A script like this has been floating around Hollywood for Christ knows how long and not one person thought to place it in its natural habitat
All I have to say is BIG IRON

>A script like this has been floating around Hollywood for Christ knows how long and not one person thought to place it in its natural habitat
the trash

Old world blues was better.

You're probably right but Bethesda not releasing more than a singe comic for the entire ip is nuts.
The Fallout world is much better than the actual games.

he's doing an adaptation of The Fountainhead next

Dead Money evolved out of a previous idea to have a heist misson in the main game involving the skills of all the companions.

The film could take place before the events of New Vegas. You think Matthew Perry could still pull off Benny?

>le kinogod has to do netflix movies

Netflix is the address for directors right now though. If you are reputable, they give you a massive budget and barely (if any) creative restrictions at all. Bay's gonna put out a 150m Netflick this year.

>implying he won't use the dead to signify societal alienation, mob mentality and commercialism

How can a zombie flick be high stakes? Zombies are the most ineffective enemy imaginable. Unless it's set in a noguns shithole.

>Zombie heist flick
Literally what

think land of the deads rich people but in vegas with all the casinos actually think land of the dead in general

That would be team up of the century

He waited so long for someone to do on better and became tired. So he's gonna up the standard himself.

Don't worry. Snyder Cut is coming our way soon...

It's not a zombie apocalypse.

finnaly we getting kino again, i was getting worry kinomeister snyder wouldnt release a new movie, cant wait

kino is back on the menu

I wish he had done a batman solo with deathstroke as villain. It would be pure action kino. Too bad we won't get any of that now. The closest thing we're gonna see it this: youtube.com/watch?v=rRDAh-fSM60

>zombie apocalypse
It's not though.

So many directors are signing with netflix right now. Scorsese, Guillermo del Toro, Snydder are few of them.

he's a one hit wonder with maybe 2.5 decent films. That's mostly the studios fault for wasting his talent though.

>scene inside one of those casino churches where you can get married
>a big latino man kills all the zombies inside using a whip

Not appreciating Snyder's filmography is one of the easiest identifiers for overcompensating manchildren.

The Belmonts are not longer germanic spaniards, now they are frankish
