Punished Cap

Wouldnt Punish cap make more sense if he appeared in Endgame instead of Clean Cap?

Infinity War's ending is a better motivation to grow a beard of sorrow instead of becoming a fugitive

I agree, also it seems like there's going to be a timeskip between both movies.

that would imply they're planning these movies that far in advance

Why is the "Punished" meme such a goldmine for kino versions of characters? Is it because, deep down, we want them to go full out and indulge in the destructive potential of their powers by allowing the vengeance to consume them? Are we addicted to violence? Do we cheer for the morally dubious ones, simply because they have an air of "I don't give a fuck" and confidence?

I think we generally like seeing people fail, and maybe be affected deeply by it, but still find the courage to get up and try again. It's heroic.

yellowpilled

Eh, it's not heroic. In these cases they allow the darkness in. Venom Snake, Fury, Punisher; all of those are inherently "Punished" characters that go further and furtherdown the road of of no return. Truth is, we like all the killing. The strong, no-nonsense man taking what he wants, while still having a sort of moral code that prevents him from being a cliche and self-centered monster.

It's angst coupled with wish-fulfilment.

Stop calling him "Cap" it's embarrassing.,

embarrassing to who though?

Abraham Lincoln.

>Wouldnt Punish cap make more sense if he appeared in Endgame instead of Clean Cap?

Yeah I dunno why he would be depressed;

>dropped in ice for half a century
>only woman he has or will ever love marries someone else and grows old
>she dies
>finds out his childhood best friend didn't die in the war but was actually turned into a mind controlled hydra assassin
>find out hydra controls shield
>forced to fight childhood friend to the (almost) death
>refuse to sign accords
>childhood friend framed for murder
>forced to fight new best friend to the (almost) death to save childhood friend
>forced to give up shield and go into hiding

first captain america was kino. buckey should have stayed dead.

second captain america, the winter soldier, i would have thought would be about this idealistic pure american like cap copeing with how much the country has changed, and how it no longer resembles what he lived in or fought for in values or condition. He fought in ww2 for this? what was he fighting for? was it all a lie? is it always a lie? He struggles but then accepts it at the end.

now that would have been great but instead we got winter soldier and no character growth.

In a sense buckey is dead.

>on the run constantly fighting
>back in civilization sitting and trying to come up with revenge plan

Hmmmm I wonder which one grows a beard

In a sense OP just wants him to be punished "now" and not in the past.

Failure is relatable and in a way human. Also "it is a sign of strength to cry out against fate, rather than to bow ones head and succumb."

Why didn't they breed?

non-capeshitters

but this is literally a capeshitter thread man

tiny peepee, stinky pussy

yes, and it's embarrassing.

well then why are you here?

I guess to remind you that this website is 18_ so there shouldn't be any capeshit threads, unless they're doubly embarrassing because grown "adults" are getting into it.

"Cap" it's alright. Wait until you encounter redditors calling Black Window "Nat". That's cringey.

dude the average fan of these films is probably 30. the average gamer is 34 after all. you live in the past. I'm not saying its a good thing but this is the soiboy filled left wing society for you.

You right but steve with beard gives me a robo chubby ;))

Him having a beard in the cap marvel endscene had me more hype than any of the trailers

that really would be cringy. I hate when people call celebrities by short names with the last name included too like theyre friends.

Fuck we got close to modern warfare 2 steve

That's because it obviously took place the day after the grape fruit genocided half the universe.

>the average fan of these films is probably 30
