You can look up the court proceedings for the pending lawsuits, as well as the interviews with Jackson's lawyers about who they asked to testify. You can also see from the 2003 case that Robson's testimony was thrown out. The police report was mentioned in the doc, but the results (which happened to be in favor of Jackson's narrative) were not mentioned. All of these things show various conflicts of interest. They can, and are backed up by facts and evidence. What you have in the documentary is primarily a testimonial from two individuals as to what happened, that correlate to known facts, but are at their base claims by the accusers.
