Tremors was awesome. Love that movie. Super comfy. I havent seen any of the others.

Tremors 2 is better than the original

1 is b horror kino
2 is fun
3 is just bad
4 while not great was a bit better than 3 and more entertaining.
5 haven't seen
6 was dumb but some what fun, didn't like seeing berts ass though and the "tremor virus" was pretty dumb

Black Hand Kelly did nothing wrong

Not even close, its damn good for a direct to vhs sequel but Tremors 1 is a perfect movie

i didn't even know 5&6 existed. Is Bert in those?

WAY TO GO DUUUUUUDE

shit dude i forgot all about this movie, must have watched it 1000 times as a kid. gonna dl now, cheers

>mfw i loved watching these as a kid

Is 4 the one set in the Wild West

If so, its a 8/10

that's about right
i know ill get shit on but i liked the show too

yes
and jamie kennedy

billy drago raises it several points

Tremors and Phantasm both have lots of charm as series but rarely get recognition, making them really comfy

i literally watched tremors yesterday

also, the main handy man that is not kevin bacon is like a prototype of the lemme-aks-you-sumfin man

I've never had any interest in watching any of the sequels, but as a kid I often worried about whether or not the concrete walls of our basement would be thick enough to stop one if it broke through.

>Tremors 2 is better than the original
Is this guy lying

bert is the main character, still played by micheal gross,
that said while I love bert, he should not be a main character. it's like having too many chocolate chips in the cookies, it just doesn't feel right

yeah the show had its moments of kino with Christopher Lloyd as the crazy scientist.

when i was a kid, i wanted to be an assblaster when i grew up

I can't because I agree with you.

true boomer kino

its a better throwback to b movies. i really liked the goofy dynamic between earl and grady. and it was awesome seeing burt with his heavy artillery

I only saw the first three but that's a fair assessment op

Tremors is especially scary to me because that's what life would be like if bobbit worms were giant and lived on land instead of in the seafloor

ITS GONNA BE BIG

It's good, but not that good

It went from great to circling the toilet bowl so fast
Also what does everyone think of the show? I'll admit I'm ashamed to say I hardly remember anyting about it.

The second one was really fun. There was a certain coziness to the night scene where [I forgot the 2 main character names] were waiting on the hood of their vehicle waiting for that stopped tow truck to move.

WILL THEY EVER RELEASE THE FAILED PILOT??

>fun monster
>likable cast that is actually intelligent
>almost all the movies are a good time
This is the best of monster kino. Prove me wrong.

full disclosure, i had no idea any tremors other than the first one existed

I never forgot but I havent seen em in years either. Must have watched them dozens of times

confirmed zoomer

anyone who ever went to a Blockbuster knew about 2-4

i watched it on tv with my dad, i gess he doesn't know wabout the other ones either

I think I might have seen Tremors 2(don't remember shit) but the original was indeed a 10/10. How in gods name did they squeeze 6 movies out of that? were 4 of them straight to VHS?

Every movie has a new asspull, Graboids evolve like pokemon

move on land in 2
fly in 3
become viruses or some shit and get ice powers

>remember sitting in the den watching this with dad

watched the first 3 again last summer but I don't really remember anything besides what form the monster evolved into in each movie
wanted to watch the rest of them but I just can't force myself into doing that, rather watch something that is not 100% trash

I somewhat now remember Tremors 2, I could easily look it up but I want to go just based off memory. Did the Tremors in 2 look like heads with little legs walking around trying to eat the people? Kind of like those floating heads in DOOM, but just with legs? Where do you go from there for 4 more movies? lel

>tremors= original
>Tremors 2= bipedal form wreaks havoc
>Tremors 3= assblasters
>Tremors 4 = RDR + graboids
>Tremors 5=???????
>Tremors 6= ice worms + umbrella
What the fuck is 5 about? I thought the antarctic one was supposed to be 5

yeah, in 2 they "hatched" from the dead giant worms and could walk and in the third they could "fly" (literally rocket themselves up in the air via farting then just gliding in the air...hence the name assblasters)

Jamie Kennedy was a mistake

You missed! WITH A CANNON!

Tremors 5 is Graboids in South Africa

that new years eve show he did was the funniest thing i've ever seen
BLEEP THAT BLEEP THAT

The TV show was fun

I'm pretty sure i had 2 on VHS, but I'm not so certain about the others. Obviously Kevin Bacon didn't stay on for long. How long did that other guy stay on for?

>think it's just gonna be another cheap monster flick
>characters are funny af

1 was good, but 2 and 3 are better for the sole reason that the premise works far, far better with a higher dose of corniness and black humor in it.
Shit like said about two, but also cheesy crap like El Blanco in 3. The stupid antagonism between Burt Ahab and the White Whale following his ass all around the valley is good stuff.

Just 2

>Tremors 10/10
everything else
>1/10

that one gun guy who I think was banging reda mackientire was prettty based too.

0/10

They're dumb, but underrated.

I remember renting these from Hollywood video, picking up popcorn and pop at the cash register. The second one spooked me when I was a kid and you saw the shriekers for the first time.

I went back and watched some clips cause of this thread and realized all my good memories of the series come from the second one

True same here

>Tremors fans will be delighted to know I have just agreed to the terms of a contract for a SEVENTH film. My best estimate is that Burt Gummer will begin his hunt for Graboids and other nefarious forms of wildlife in the fall of 2019

>Tremors 6 4/10

Man, only a few years ago I was shocked to discover that there was a 3 and 4, and a TV series between them. Now you're blowing my bloody mind again.
