Depends,the I would say watch the 2003/4 series because it actually has and end for the story and then the original series which doesn't bdcause it got cancelled before that and BSG is one of those series in which the remake is better than the oroginal. Watch the 2003 miniseries first.

it's not worth watching honestly. It wasn't bad for its time, but the fact that it was cancelled and the fact that it never really rose above mediocrity in the first place means a no from me dawg.

I honestly never even finished watching it. I watched it live when it aired and when I read it was cancelled I never bothered to watch the remaining episodes, I think it was split up into two 8 episode halves or something like that.

God it's an abomination what was done with BSG despite all the potential. They could have had a decent budget cylon war series that I would have watched the shit out of, instead they went cheap and made that greenscreen blood and chrome shit that was pretty bad. Also, I'll never not be mad about the finale, it was just so fucking dumb. The part where they're all crouched down looking at the primitive humans makes me fucking rage, and then they send all their ships / history into the sun. God fucking damnit I love and hate this show so fucking much.
