They aren't. When they remove the botted "reviews," a lot of 10s also get removed, and not all 1s get removed because some are legitimate. The real interesting thing is that it was at 75% or 80% at one point, then went down to almost as low as 20%, but when they started removing illegitimate reviews, it only went up to 50%. It hasn't remotely gone back up to the heights it once was at.
