The matrix totally fucked my head up when I watched it back in 2000. I was only 12 years old and I kept laying awake at night wondering if that had already happened and we were all in a computer simulation with tubes up our asses.
David Lynch movies, particularly Eraserhead and Dumbland.
The birthday party scene from Signs or the wife from Event Horizon
fucking signs, that foot in the cornfield and the birthday scene scared the shit out of me.
irreversiblé
I watched Hollow Man when i was a kid and it really fucked especially the Gorilla scene. Now i watch it and think it's fucking hilarious.

I watched this movie at like, 1AM last night. It's about a World War 1 Soldier who gets blown up by a mortar and loses his arms, legs, and most of his face, leaving him blind, deaf, and mute, but with a fully functional mind. The film chronicles his life as he comes to terms with the reality of the situation.
It's a real kneeslapper.
mothman prophecies
partially the movie itself
but moreso the idea and my susceptible imagination
I feel like you could make an equally great, if not better movie, based off that one Japanese guy who slowly succumbed to radiation poisoning, but was kept alive as long as possible.
The Indrid Cold phone call made me shit my pants when I first saw it

Blair Witch Project fucked me up. i was a little kid when i watched it and totally believed it was real

The music video features almost all the best scenes. It's a shame because the film feels like it's just an inch away from being great. It's got all the ingredients, but this was the guy who directed its first (and only) time in the chair, so it's a little bit undercooked.
I don't wanna sound cliche, but if this got held off for a few years, it would've been perfect for David Lynch.
True. The subject would be perfect for lynch.
Wild Target, 2010
Starring Bill Nighy, Emily Blunt, Rupert Grint, and Martin Freeman
Victor (Nighy) is a ruthless professional killer, who still lives with his mother and has trouble making friends. When he is hired to take out Rose (Blunt), an art thief, he ends up falling for her spontaneous character and decides to try and protect her instead, along the way collecting Tony (Grint), who he takes under his wing as an apprentice when he mistakes him for a private detective. The trio go on the run from Victor's sadistic second in competition Hector Dixon (Freeman), and have to all learn some lessons in life in doing so.
