Work hard. Be honest. Get off the net. Go outside. Travel as much as you can. Find what you’re good at and make money doing it.

wow such hard work

celebrities work significantly less than the white collar man and get more recognition and prestige than they deserve to preach about hard work to the general public.

>Work hard.
lol That never gets rewarded. Not here on Earth anyway. Working smart and getting lucky is what does it.

>travel as much as you can
And that is how I realized that the one who created this thread is a retard.

This, traveling used to be a really great way to build up a wider social network. You could easily find a job in another country or city and move there without being completely isolated from the rest of the population.

These days, you just talk to people online.

Should I get a real job?
I made $100k last year with tips.

No, invest every cent you can right now into a decent small house ASAP and put the rest into savings. ONly way you'll make 100K a year is if you're a doctor or something. Even if this income won't last you a long time, the key is to invest as much as possible right now. Party every once in a while of course, but don't throw money around by paying for other people's drinks.

Thanks, boomer.
I have two houses and $80k cash, and I'm about to buy the third.
Not bad for an immigrant with no college degree.

Most generic "advice" ever, doesn't actually offer any insight whatsoever.

>holding cash
>buying a third house

Excuse me nigga but what are you doing? Invest that cash into some kind of index fund and don't buy that third house. Diversify your assents.

>Find what you’re good at

why didn't he, though

Okay makes sense. I'm not good at this sort of thing. Should I talk to a financial person or something?
Back in the old country it's all about owning property we don't trust the jewish run stock market.
