Unorthodox choice, can't say I'd pick him since he looks too young with his babyface. Not a bad performer though. Choosing a too-pretty boy for this role reminds me of Jared Leto as the joker which... isn't a good thing at all.

I don't know who are the other two.

Unironically there was nothing wrong with Affleck as Batman, he was adequate for the part, but the script was bad, and the movie failed, so obviously he gets the boot.

Cillian Murphy was a casting choice as Bruce Wayne/Batman (and he impressed Nolan to offer him the role of Scarecrow). He was 27 years old during the audition. Hoult is 29 now.

Tom Hiddleston auditioned for thor at first and, while a good actor, he ultimately didn't fit the role, and was a much better fit as Loki.

Scott Adkins would unironically make a great younger Batman. I know he's like 41-42 now, but dude looks like he's still in his early-to-mid 30's. Meanwhile, Affleck is only 6 years older than him and already looked like a ragged old bastard in Batman v. Superman. The biggest problem is that Snyder's casting choices were all uniformly shit with the exception of Cavill. Gadot, Jenkins somehow managed to work around, and Memeoa, while he's got charisma, is still completely wrong for the role of Aquaman. Ezra Miller just flat out sucked ass and the nigger they cast as Cyborg was basically just...there.

So yeah, I'm throwing my vote in for Adkins. His acting's a bit weak but they can fix that up with coaching and it's not like Batman's a particularly emotive character.
