Its so easy losing weight. All you have to do is not have food in your house. I remember when i moved to my new apt in a new city, i weighed 150lbs at 5'8 and went all the way down to 125lbs by just not eating. All i had in my fridge was whiskey and water. I would walk to the store once a day and buy 1 granola bar and get 12 ounces of vegatable soup and it would be all i eat all day every day once a day.
