i'm talking about what you're actually getting from their content, regardless of format.
the HitB format is just how they cover most new movies and they get nothing more.

i think the HitB format just sucks in particular much of the time. they want to make and get them out as close to as when they see the movies as they can and as a result, they don't have THAT much time to think about them nor can they delve deep into the films or analyze them in interesting ways, even if they are capable.

i think anyone's best content will be when it's about something they really care and know about or in the very least, when there is alot of time and thought put into it.
Mike's prequel reviews, his star trek stuff, or other videos that they prepare more for and put more time into; much better.
they don't seem to really care much about many of the films they're watching for HitB. they know what most people expect them to watch and they do it.
big, but bland and forgettable movies that are hard to ever be very invested into, from an industry that seems to have brain rot.

I love the guys but 2019 hasn't been great so far, Rem Lazar aside.

It was the sweet spot they missed for the new but not too new and or big releases but i guess they haven't watched anything that fits and that more than 1 has seen.
